We are responsible for the personal data described below and process it in accordance with applicable Indian law.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry or perform the work you engage us for.
- Contact details you submit through our forms — name, email address, telephone number and the message you write.
- Consultation preferences — the service you select, your preferred date, time and meeting mode.
- Engagement information — the financial, tax and business records you share during an engagement, including PAN, Aadhaar where legally required, bank statements, invoices and payroll data.
- Technical information — pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, where website analytics is enabled.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and to arrange and hold consultations.
- To perform the professional services you engage us for, including preparing and filing returns and other statutory documents on your behalf.
- To comply with our own legal obligations, including record retention and any know-your-client requirements that apply to us.
- To send information you have asked for, such as deadline reminders or new guides. You can unsubscribe from any such email.
Legal basis and consent
We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form or engage us, and on our legitimate interest in providing and administering the services you requested and in complying with law.
Where consent is the basis, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and may mean we can no longer act for you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We take technical and organisational measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, and will tell you promptly if a breach affecting your data occurs.
How long we keep it
Engagement records are retained for the period required by the applicable tax and companies legislation, and for as long as any assessment, appeal or proceeding involving those records remains open.
Enquiry data that does not become an engagement is retained only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any follow-up.
Your rights
To exercise any of these, write to info@mymoneynest.in. We will acknowledge your request and respond within a reasonable period.
- Ask what personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy of it.
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Ask us to delete information we are not required by law to retain.
- Withdraw consent to communications, or to processing where consent is the basis.
- Raise a grievance with us, and escalate it to the appropriate authority if our response does not satisfy you.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising cookies. Where website analytics is enabled it is used to understand which pages are useful and to improve them, with IP addresses anonymised where the provider supports it.
You can block cookies through your browser settings. The website remains usable if you do.
Children
Our services are directed at adults and at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and will delete any that comes to our attention.
